Bill Cahill`s Super Subs in Hudson

Three identical orders, three wildly different portion sizes. Not appreciated.

The subs here are always pretty fantastic, though I gotta remember for next time they already load the sandwich up with extra pickles. I asked for extra pickles having forgotten this and ended up with a load of them. Most couldn't even stay in the sandwich while I was trying to eat it which felt kind of hilarious while trying anyway. Luckily their pickles are fantastic anyway so I just snacked on them around bites of my loaded sub. My other half usually goes for the meatball sub and as usual he was very pleased with what he got. The only downside I would say is they don't cut the subs in half, or hadn't when we got ours. I'll just have to make sure to remember to ask them to do that next time, perhaps it'll make trying to eat it easier. Still a fantastic choice none the less and a wonderful hidden gem of Hudson

Okay so I am a die hard Cahill's fan, but I've gone there twice in 2 weeks at night, and or late afternoon, and it was very disappointing. I bought three subs 2 with extra cheese. No cheese. 2 with mayo. No mayo. I also went there last week, and ordered 2 subs, and while one girl cooked my subs, 2 workers were watching a soccer game and cheering loudly while a red headed girl, glossed her friggin teeth. I will only be going during the day now. Haven't seen bill lately but miss his quality. Come back bill.

Ordered a breakfast sub . "Pufta" -ham, bacon, egg and cheese on a sub roll with ketchup . Was impressed wit the sub . Great portions and fresh eggs cooked on the grill in front of me . Will definitely be ordering here again .

The favorite sub shop and lunch spot of my co-workers and I. Been going here for over 30 years and they make an awesome sub hot or cold and great salads too.

Good food, but prices are pretty steep for a sammich, in my opinion.

I can not believe they don't have a higher rating. Quality and taste is high for a sub shop. The long line went incredibly fast. They work as well oiled machine behind the counter. Portion size was large. A great value for your money.

Best subs ever! Steakbomb and cheese steaks are wicked awesome.

The only place where you need a fork to eat thier as advertised super sub. This is a must visit when you are feeling starved.

I left Hudson 20 years ago, on a whim I stopped in hoping they were still good and I was happy to see the same great quality. Portions are huge.

It’s difficult to drive by Bill Cahill’s without stopping in for a mushroom steak and cheese. A simple meal that they cook to perfection. No regrettably overcooked cheap beef here. Quality food friendly service and a fair price. A favorite sub shop for sure !

I called during lunch during the covid pandemic April 2020, some grumpy man named “Jerry” answered the phone and acted like I was bothering him by ordering a couple sandwiches from a sandwich shop, what a tool. I ordered a turkey sub and a tuna pocket and came out to be $20.27. The tuna pocket was pathetic, a mess thrown together. The turkey sub was decent and a good size, had to be for $10+ per sub. The lady that came out to do curbside service was pleasant gave her 2 20s and she went inside to get me change, $19.73. Bad taste from the start from Jerry’s attitude. The customers that order these expensive subs pay your salary, if you don’t like dealing with the public, go home... there’s plenty of people that are looking for work.

I had a large steak and cheese sub, and it was absolutely delicious, filling, and so affordable! This place is so clean and the staff is very friendly. I'm so glad a friend told me where to find such an awesome lunch!

Ordered steak boom and was delighted with it. We have been back several times for more steak booms and can't wait for next weeks visit. Maybe meatballs are next.

Been eating here for 30 years. Food is great and so is the service. We drive over an hour now to stop in.

This is unquestionably one of the tastiest place to eat in the area. Anytime I come to this place I am deeply pleased. They maintain their high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You always win with this place. Warmly recommended.

Best subs on the area

I was visiting my parents and they decided to stop at Cahills for a quick bite. I honestly never make reviews. But this was the bomb.com. I left with a full belly. And a happy heart. I will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you for filling my heart with love and my belly with sammiches

My first time there. Have driven past it many times and had thought I should give it a try. Well I don't go by there much any more but happened to be in the area today and my wife and I decided to give it a try. This is a small well run sandwich shop. Impressed first with the young, courteous, workstaff. They took the time and were helpful and knowledgeable with our order. The place is clean, our food came quickly, reasonably priced, good portions for the money, and it was delicious! Thank you.

The most amazing steak egg and cheese I've ever tasted. Gives Jims on south a run for their money!! Fast,busy nice staff parking is a little tough, but definitely worth a visit

Amazing subs/grinders generous portions definitely get what you pay for here. It's a small place but they're very fast at making your food. I came up to NH from MA and I had to go to them.

Been going there since a kid. Moved to Pennsylvania 10 years ago come visit family and gotta go there before I head back everytime !

Great sub sandwiches with more than enough meats and condiments. You'll need a fork and plenty of napkins if you get one of these subs!

The absolute best place for ANY SUBS.

Prices have gone way up, but I understand because beef has gone up, but don't raise price & change quality of beef. 2 sm mushroom steak with grisly meat & 1 mushroom on each sub for $22.00+ - I don't think so!

I've tried the place on 3 separate occasions over a few months and there's always this older guy who is incredibly grumpy and careless. The food is subpar for the price. I've given up on this local spot.

The place is run down but the subs are top notch.

The subs are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. Chips, drinks, and a few local baked goods are available too. Good prices, and the staff are friendly, efficient, and accurate. They have only gotten an order wrong once in the dozens of times I've been there. Lunch or dinner, Cahill's is an institution in town and does not disappoint.
